Growing up, I could never get any of the neat little trinkets like personalized pens from the dollar store. Thanks to my mom for spelling my name differently, those personalized items were never an option for me. I remember a few times I would buy the ones that simply said “Tiffany” on them…just because I wanted something with my name on it that badly…even if it WAS spelled wrong. (My name is spelled Tiffanie.) It’s funny, but I always think about that when I’m contemplating names for my future children…lol. I’m not saying that it’s this huge factor…but it always crosses my mine, “Will they be able to get the stationary or pens or toys with their name on them?” I know I was always disappointed when I could never find my name.
